Md. Anowar Hossain, PhD

Md. Anowar Hossain received his PhD at Saga University, Japan in March 2013. The title of his thesis was “Heat transfer and pressure drop during in-tube condensation and evaporation of low GWP refrigerant mixtures”. The primary research interests are Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, Two-phase flow, Heat Transfer, covering both macro-scale and micro-scale heat transfer (boiling and condensation) and enhanced heat transfer. He is teaching and conducting research work on the above mentioned areas in the undergraduate and post Graduate level. The goal of his research is to make contribution to the efficient and environment friendly refrigeration and air conditioning systems for the next generation. Currently, he is the reviewer of International Journals. He has also published more than 20 research and review papers in refereed International Journals and Conference Proceedings.
