​Md. Arman Ali is a Lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur. ​He is committed to advancing sustainable food practices and contributing to the field of food processing and preservation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from DUET, Gazipur, and is currently pursuing his Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Food Engineering at Gazipur Agricultural University. ​He began his career journey serving as a Research Assistant in a UGC project within the Food Engineering Department at DUET. Prior to his current role, he also gained experience in academia and research. His research interests and specializations are directed primarily towards ensuring food safety, developing effective food packaging solutions, and maximizing the utilization of food resources through waste valorization.
