I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), where I built a strong foundation in advanced materials science. For my undergraduate thesis, I investigated Al–Mg co-doped TiO₂ thin films as potential electron transport layers (ETLs) for perovskite solar cells, combining experimental characterization with density functional theory (DFT) modeling to understand how co-doping influences their structural, electronic, and optoelectronic behavior. This work strengthened my interest in thin-film materials, computational analysis, and the design of high-performance functional materials. I joined the Department of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering at the Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) as a Lecturer on 15 June 2025, and since then I have been committed to guiding future engineers and contributing to the academic development of the department. My academic and research interests span materials simulation, industrial manufacturing processes, and failure analysis, which collectively shape my approach to both teaching and research.
