Md. Rasadujjaman, PhD

Associate Professor, Department of Physics, DUET, Gazipur

Dr. Md. Rasadujjaman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur, Bangladesh. He spent two years (July 2019-June 2021) as a Post-Doctoral Research (Semiconductor Science and Information Devices) on organosilicate glass (low-k) materials at the North China University of Technology, Beijing, China. He received his doctorate in New Energy Technology (Micro- and Nanofabrication) from the University of Yamanashi, Japan in 2016. Earlier he received his both M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh in 2010 and 2009, respectively. His main area of research are thin film processing for nanoelectronic device fabrication; metal film & low-k materials processing for application in Micro- and nanoelectronic devices.
