Mr. Ripon K. Prasad currently holds the position of Assistant Professor of Department of Textile Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology, Gazipur. He received his M. Sc. in Engineering degree in the field of Textile Engineering Management from Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX). Earlier in 2017, he received Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) degree in the field of Industrial Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), Dhaka and in 2014, he received his B. Sc. in Textile Engineering degree with specialization in Apparel Manufacturing Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology, Gazipur. His research interests include Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), textile product marketing, consumer behavior, sustainable consumption of textile product, sustainability in the textile value chain etc. Mr. Prasad is a highly motivated individual with strong inter personal skill. He has worked as a researcher of Ministry of Netherlands funded NICHE (Netherlands Initiative for Capacity Development in Higher Education) project in collaboration with Nyenrode Business University, Netherlands.
