Mr. Md. Sohel Rana has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur, Bangladesh, since March 06, 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a Lecturer in the same department from May 29, 2022, to March 05, 2025. He completed his M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from DUET in September 2024. Before that, he earned his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from DUET in July 2021, graduating with First Class First. His research interests include Power Electronics, VLSI Circuits and Systems, Renewable Energy, and Microgrids.
