Md. Zakirul Hasan is a Lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology, Gazipur. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Engineering, securing the 1st position in the order of merit from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Food Engineering at the same university. In addition to his academic and teaching responsibilities, he is actively engaged in mentoring students, promoting social awareness, and supporting various career development initiatives. He is deeply committed to guiding students beyond the classroom, aiming to nurture food engineers who are not only technically competent but also socially responsible, ethically aware, and professionally prepared to meet the challenges and evolving demands of the modern food industry.
