Md. Zakirul Hasan is a Lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology, Gazipur. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Engineering, securing the 1st position in the order of merit from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Food Engineering at the same university.
