A University Gold Medalist for his BSc in Civil Engineering, he has dedicated more than 30 years to advancing the fields of civil and environmental engineering through active research and innovation. Throughout his career, Prof. Dr. Saha served as Dean, Head, Team Leader, Coordinator, Director, and Pro‑Vice Chancellor. As a prolific researcher with over 1,750+ citations and extensive scientific contributions. Skilled in academic leadership, consulting, project management, and sustainable infrastructure design. His work continues to bridge the gap between academic excellence and practical engineering solutions through high-impact internationally funded projects.
