Mahiman Zinnurain is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur, specializing in Transportation Engineering, with research interests in pavement materials, traffic engineering and accident analysis. He completed his M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Transportation) in 2024 and B.Sc. in Civil Engineering in 2021, both from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He received multiple academic recognitions, including University Merit, University Stipend, and was listed on the Dean’s List several times. Prior to his current role, he served as a Lecturer at DUET, Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), and Sonargaon University. He also holds the position of Assistant Provost at Bijoy 24 Hall and Dr. Qudrat-E-Khuda Hall, DUET. He has authored several journal and conference publications in different dimensions. His teaching portfolio includes core undergraduate and graduate courses related to Transportation Engineering. Beyond teaching and research, he is actively involved in student mentoring, academic advising & supervising as well as co-curricular activities.
