Is currently serving as a Professor in Civil Engineering Department of Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET), Gazipur, Bangladesh. He obtained his B. Sc. engineering (Civil) from Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh and his M. Sc. engineering (Civil) from Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology, Gazipur, Bangladesh. He also pursued his Ph. D. (structural) degree in the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Malaya, Malaysia. He is a fellow member of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh. His research interests include concrete materials, self-consolidating concrete, recycled aggregate concrete and green concrete.
