Md. Monzurul Amin Ifath is a doctoral candidate at Dalhousie University whose research focuses on distributed systems, computer networks, and machine learning. His work explores runtime-managed AI systems and optimizing large language model inference on GPU clusters, with interests in elastic, serverless-inspired AI runtimes. He previously earned a Bachelor’s degree from BUET and has three years of collaborative research experience with DRDC and GDMS-C. Ifath is currently on study leave from his position as Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Bangladesh.
