Mr. Saifullah Mahmud is an emerging academic in Mechanical Engineering with teaching, research, and consultancy experience at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, where he contributes to teaching, academic development, and student mentoring. Prior to this role, he worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at DUET (2023–2025) and also served part-time as a Lecturer at Anwar Khan Modern University, Uttara, Dhaka in 2023. He additionally held the position of Member Secretary & Consultant for DUET’s Consultancy, Research and Testing Services (CRTS) from 2024 to 2025, contributing to engineering solutions and applied research initiatives. His academic background includes an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from DUET with first-class honors, supported by a Teaching and Research Assistantship (2021–2022). He completed his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, graduating with first-class and securing first position in his department. He also secured first class, first position in his Diploma in Engineering program. Dedicated to teaching excellence and research, he continues to advance his work in mechanical engineering education and applied engineering innovations.
