K. M. Mahdiuzzaman Sayed is serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur. Prior to this, he taught Food Engineering at two other renowned private universities in Bangladesh, accumulating nearly three years of teaching experience. He holds a Master's degree (by research) in Food Engineering, following his Bachelor's degree from Bangladesh Agricultural University, which is renowned for its excellence in the field. Beyond academia, he passionately engages in teaching and research, with a keen interest in guiding students towards social engagement and career placement. He has contributed to the academic field with publications in reputable journals and publishers, focusing on food engineering and food science. In his leisure time, he enjoys immersing himself in books, exploring the internet for new advancements, and indulging in travel and quality time with friends and family.
