Md. Simul Hasan Talukder has been working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) since Nov 2025. He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). Prior to entering academia, Simul worked as an engineer at the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority (BAERA) for three years, during which he received specialized training in Russia and Korea on nuclear power plant construction and security systems. His research focuses on machine learning applications in healthcare, pattern recognition, LLMs, and image cryptography.
